This website offers the purchase of high-end sports cars, as well as services related to vehicle customization and financing.<br \/>1.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.<\/p><p>PURCHASE CONDITIONS<\/p><p>2.1. The vehicles published on the website are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.<br \/>2.2. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.<br \/>2.3. The images and descriptions of the cars are for reference only and may not match the exact unit purchased.<br \/>2.4. To make a purchase, the user must be of legal age and provide truthful information.<\/p><p>PAYMENT METHODS<\/p><p>3.1. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit\/debit card, and financing through authorized institutions.<br \/>3.2. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the buyer\u2019s identity.<br \/>3.3. A purchase will not be considered confirmed until payment has been validated.<\/p><p>DELIVERY AND PICK-UP<\/p><p>4.1. The estimated delivery time will depend on the selected vehicle and its availability.<br \/>4.2. Delivery may take place at our facilities or via shipping services, with additional costs depending on the location.<br \/>4.3. It is the buyer\u2019s responsibility to inspect the vehicle upon delivery and immediately report any irregularities.<\/p><p>RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY<\/p><p>5.1. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the vehicle has been delivered.<br \/>5.2. In case of cancellation before delivery, administrative fees and\/or penalties will apply according to the purchase contract.<\/p><p>WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE<\/p><p>6.1. All vehicles come with a factory warranty, subject to the manufacturer\u2019s terms.<br \/>6.2. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or accidents.<br \/>6.3. We offer after-sales service and maintenance upon customer request.<\/p><p>DATA PROTECTION<\/p><p>7.1.
